The current State Procurement Online (SPO) is being replaced by NDBuys, an Ivalua system. Current and new bidders will need to register in the new NDBuys system.

Bidders List Registration

Suppliers may register for the Bidders List to receive notice of bidding opportunities.

  • Check if your company is already on the Bidders List. A captcha may need to be completed before continuing.
  • To register, access NDBuys and complete the registration form. For step-by-step instructions, refer to Supplier Registration, NDBuys Navigation and Account Management Quick Reference Guide.

To access and use the NDBuys system, you will need to create or use an existing North Dakota Login (NDLogin), which is the state’s single sign-on user account. If you already have an NDLogin through another state agency (such as Workforce Safety & Insurance, Secretary of State’s FirstStop or Job Service of North Dakota), you may use that same login.

Bidders Maintenance

Keep your Bidder List profile current to continue receiving solicitation notices.

Existing Bidders: Your NDLogin email address must match your previous SPO Online Bidder profile. If it does not, you will need to create a new NDLogin using the correct email address. You can check the SPO Online Bidders Search to find the correct email address.

For additional help with your NDLogin, please refer to the ND Login Frequently Asked Questions.

Secretary of State

If an individual or business is a successful bidder, they must comply with Secretary of State registration requirements before contract award. Registration must remain active for the duration of the contract period. Visit the Secretary of State Registration page for more information.
