THURSDAY:
Breakfast egg roll Chicken strips with fires. Pizza.
FRIDAY:
Breakfast pizza. Scrambled eggs & links  Lasagna and garlic bread

  • Breakfast will be served from 7 to 10 a.m.
  • Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and includes a grill, deli and main entrée station.
  • A salad bar is available and is priced by weight.
  • Cash and credit will be accepted. Please no bills over $20. 

Email the café manager or call 701-516-0810 to submit menu suggestions or schedule catering for a meeting. The Capitol Café should be given first consideration when catering an event in the capitol before using an outside vendor.
