Effective July 1, 2019 Innovative Office Solutions is the contractor for Dry Cell Batteries, State Contract #11. The contract was recently re-solicited and Innovative Office Solutions was the lowest bidder.
This is a mandatory contract for state agencies and has cooperative purchasing language to allow cities, counties, public school districts and NDUS to use the contract.
Your battery orders can be combined with your regular office supply orders using your existing Innovative Office Supplies account. It is recommended (but not required) to order at least $40 of items per order (batteries and office supplies).
If you are currently ordering batteries from Central Supply, you can continue to do so. You do not have to order them directly from Innovative Office Solutions. Central Supply utilizes this contract for their battery supply.
The current contract with Office Depot expires on June 30, 2019.
