State Contract: Delivery Services-Small Packages-FedEx and UPS

The UPS master agreement for Small Package Delivery Services is expiring on 11/27/2021. The State of Utah and NASPO ValuePoint are in continued discussions with UPS and are uncertain when a resolution will be reached. At this time there will not be a new UPS contract in place prior to the expiration date. UPS has declined to extend its current master agreement.

If your agency has a continued need for small package delivery services beyond 11/27/2021, please make other arrangements as soon as possible. FedEx’s contract has been extended until 2/25/2022 and is an available option on state contract 196.
