2021-23 Legal Notice Rates

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the North Dakota Newspaper Association have finalized legal notice rates for the 2021-23 biennium, after receiving input from representatives of the newspaper industry and government entities. The Legal Notice Rates will increase by 4% effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
