State Contract: Adobe Reseller

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) State Procurement Office recently changed resellers for Adobe products. The awarded vendor/reseller is SHI. State agencies will continue to primarily work through North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT). Other entities, such as Higher Education, can work directly with the new reseller. Please see the key notes listed below regarding this contract.

• State agencies are required to utilize NDIT to make a purchase for all Adobe products as the state participates in an enterprise licensing agreement. Open a ServiceNow ticket to begin the process. If they determine that a product is best purchased as a perpetual license, they may direct you to contact the reseller, SHI.
  • We are currently working with Adobe to lock in pricing for your current subscription-based products. Once available, NDIT will be sending a communication to the billing contacts.
• Higher Ed, Boards and Commissions, and other authorized entities are not required to utilize NDIT. Purchase directly from the reseller, SHI, if desired to gather a quote.
