The Delta Discount Program (contract #208) is temporarily unavailable. Delta is currently undergoing a change to the program (won’t change the discount amounts); however, it does require the State of North Dakota to enter into new Terms and Conditions. We are currently waiting on one partner airline to sign the agreement. Due to massive changes in the airline industry as a result of COVID, this is taking much longer than expected.
The link previously available for the discount program has been removed until the issue has been resolved. There is not an estimated time of completion. An update will be sent when the program is operational again. You can continue to book business and personal Delta travel on delta.com; however, no discount will apply.
