The OMB State Procurement Office announces the award of State Contract #200, which will start on 5/09/2022 and will replace the current contract which is set to expire end-of-day 5/08/2022.
The contract is largely unchanged and the transition should be seamless as the contractor will continue to be Innovative Office Solutions. Starting 5/09/2022 you may view the new contract on OMB’s website.
Pricing will be updated, but the most significant change is the addition of 3 supplemental categories (for a total of 46 supplemental categories). Like the other supplemental categories, the 3 new supplemental categories were bid as a percent off list price as follows:
- Storage Containers, Collapsible Carry, Totes, Bins, Organizers, Carts – 40% Off List
- Breakroom Consumables, Straws, Utensils, Plates, Cups, Serving Items – 50% Off List
- Breakroom Consumables, Food & Drink Items – 30% Off List
This contract is a cooperative purchasing contract established pursuant to N.D.C.C. 54-44.4-13. This contract is made available to state entities, institutions under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Higher Education, other government entities (including counties, cities, townships, public primary and secondary educational entities, governmental boards and commissions), nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers under N.D.C.C. 39-04.2, and the International Peace Garden. Participation in this open-ended contract is not mandated.
