State Contract: Secure Media Destruction

The State of North Dakota has entered into a new contract # 239 for secure media destruction with Record Keepers, LLC. Any state entity that is going to utilize this new contract will to have to sign a new participating addendum with Records Keepers, LLC.

Location for the new participating addendum:

• Go to the OMB State Contracts webpage.
• Click on List State Contracts.
• Scroll to contract #239 (you can arrange by number by clicking on the column header titled Number) and select the View option on the far right. This will display the contract details and the vendors information.
