North Dakota is transitioning its solicitations (bidding), supplier registration, and contract management to NDBuys, an Ivalua system. During this transition, solicitations and contracts will be posted in both NDBuys and SPO Online. Purchasing thresholds for competition requirements determine when state agencies and institutions must use procurement website. The Bidders List and State Contracts are also on NDBuys.
