World Day of Remembrance is an annual event that invites families and friends of loved ones who have lost their lives or suffered injuries in vehicle crashes to join state and local officials for a program. The program features speakers, a moment of silence and a temporary memorial. Speakers include representatives from the Governor's Office, NDDOT, State Patrol and a family of a victim.
